“Runaway Karma”

“A Karma type of day…”

It’s about that time again, beautiful people. The birds are chirping, the sun is shining, and my fashion senses are tingling. All of us here at Karma Resort are preparing our hearts, minds, and positive keisters for an event to remember.

We have fashion, art, music, markets, water sports, Songkran, and a Safe Break Promo to look at, so let’s get going.

“Bring your best Blue Steel…”

This Saturday, the 20th of March, come on down to the grooviest place in town for Karma Fashion Show, an evening of runway fashion, creativity, and fun. Bring your best Blue Steel to the catwalk, as some of the island’s top brands, Saona Collection and 69 Slam, showcase their collections.

“…A motorised surfboard”

To help keep the kids, both the small and big kids, entertained, we went all out and invited a water sports master along with his Slide Board, AKA, a Foil Board. This little beauty is a motorised surfboard that lets you glide along the waves in style and grace. So, while you’re at the bar talking apparel, the kids are down in the water talking waves.

“…a top DJ to spin their magic”

Aside from the splish splosh of the water sports, we have also prepared for a top DJ to spin their magic from dusk till dawn, a special BBQ guaranteed to deliver some tasty treats, and for a classic bouncy castle to entertain the kids who don’t fancy getting wet.

“…a live-action painting performance”

Why stop there? We’ve also invited 2 French artists to close the event with a live-action painting performance, where before our very eyes we’ll watch as they bare their souls and release their emotions onto the canvas.

“…in collaborating with Orange Wave”

And that won’t be the last we’re seeing of water sports here at Karma Resort. On the 10th of April, we’ll be hosting another classic market, but this time in collaboration with Orange Wave, a water sport activities company with a certain je ne sais quoi.

“…Jet-skis, fly boards, wakeboards, and more”

Jet-skis, fly boards, wakeboards, and more, will all be available to try out on the day, helping keep the kids distracted and you focused on what really matters, finding a great buy in the market.

“Songkran is back…”

But the fun doesn’t end there, oh no. With April fast approaching, that only means one thing, Songkran is back. With a year of COVID behind us, Songkran marks the beginning of a new year in Thailand. While the celebrations are being allowed to go ahead, the government simply ask that people respect COVID social distancing rules.

That means be at least 2 meters away before you throw water in someone’s face.

“SafeBreak promo until the end of May 2021…”

For those of you still thinking about taking some time away, we have extended our SafeBreak Promo until the end of May 2021. Ideal for all you looking to take some time away from the stress of work and the pandemic.

If any of this floats your boat, stitches your hems, or piques your curiosity, then visit Karma Resort, Samui, this Saturday 20th March.
