Here comes Santa Clause with a “Ho, Ho, Ho”, or more likely, a “khrup, khrup, khrup” as he makes his way down your private Villa’s AC unit to leave his season greetings under your Coconut Christmas Tree.

Yes, it’s Christmas time, folks. Who’d have thought we would have gotten this far. If you asked us back in June if the world would survive till Christmas, we would’ve laughed and jumped into our tourist-free beachside pool, but here we are. The world hasn’t ended and Christmas 2020 is well underway. It’s about time to break out the Christmas movies and retreat to your personal Karma Home this Christmas.

The Ghost of Christmas Past, Present and Future, visited you last night and told you that Karma Resort is hosting a Christmas Market on the 12th, a Christmas Dinner on the 24th, and New Year’s Eve Dinner & Party on the 31st? Well, golly gosh, that news will certainly put a smile on old Scrooge’s face.” – is what we’d say if this newsletter were a Dicken’s novel.

Alas Markets, where mulled wine, wooden toys, Bavarian beer, and mouthwatering cuts of meat (or falafel for all you veggies) are served by elf’ed vendors from traditional European–esque stalls.
On Saturday 12th December Karma Resort will play host to its very own Christmas extravaganza; a delightful Christmas Market full of seasonal goodies will run from 1 pm to 6 pm with Santa himself stopping by for 2-hours between 4 pm and 5:30 pm.
While waiting for the kids to finish with their important seasonal meeting with the big guy himself (Santa), spend some time enjoying everything the market has to offer; local produce, magical gift ideas, mulled wine galore, and some of your favourite island brands.

After all the gifts are sorted, enjoy a hearty Christmas Eve Dinner in our festive Karma Beach Restaurant. Prepare your taste buds for their own Christmas miracle as our gourmet chefs prepare a feast teasing a Carpaccio of Scallops, homemade Foie Gras, a choice of Tournedos Rossini or a Half-Roasted Lobster, all topped off with a delightfully seasonal Christmas Log.

Once Christmas is out the way, there still won’t be time to relax as the celebrations are far from over. Join us for a special New Year’s Eve Dinner & Party. Raise a glass with friends and family to the back of 2020, one of the worst years in modern history, and cheers with us as we see in 2021, a year which brings with it hope for a better tomorrow.

If our entertainment doesn’t float your boat, our delicious festive buffet dinner most certainly will. Comprised of Oysters, Smoked Salmon, Laab Moo, a Whole Thai Roasted Boar with Nam Tok sauce, and Chocolate Mousse, to name only but a handful of tasty dishes, this feast will be worthy of this momentous occasion.
