As we all know, the festive season brings with it an overindulgence of food, friends, family, and most importantly, fun. While we can’t complain (especially about the fun), at this time of year it’s important to take care of yourself and escape the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Karma Resort knows that you’re pushing your body a lot, and so we’re proud to announce the official opening of Karma Spa, a centre of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Only a short way from your Karma Villa you’ll find a wide choice of massages & holistic treatments, each with their own unique relaxation techniques and health benefits.
Experience a traditional Thai massage designed to ease your physical and mental tension with a choice of lavender, lemongrass, peppermint of Thai flower oils, all with their own individual healing qualities. Or perhaps treat a loved one like royalty and lavish upon them an unforgettable experience of an intense 4 hand massage with Virgin Organic Coconut Oil, where 2 of our professional masseuses simultaneously work on easing that muscle & mental tension.

If laying still isn’t really your thing, we offer weekly energetic AshtangaVinyasa yoga classes lead by an advanced certified RYT, Registered Yoga Teacher. Fully certified to train Astanga and Hatha Yoga, our Yogi offers group classes to all levels and aims to gift you with the knowledge of Asanas, Relaxation, Meditation, and Pranayama.
The sessions are held on the Karma Restaurant rooftop, in a sala where you can admire a breathtaking view of Koh Phangan, treating your eyes to a gorgeous visual feast working towards helping you unload those heavy day-to-day tensions your mind, body, and soul always seem to cling on to.
