We’re hitting that festive time of year again, folks. As we approach Christmas, a vast array of seasonal events and activities are kicking off, not to mention loads of great incentives designed to draw both domestic and international visitors to our wonderful tropical paradise.

It’s about that time again as once more Karma Resort is getting ready for our annual Christmas extravaganza. This December we stand witness to the return of the Christmas Market, taking place on December the 11th, which according to our calendars is a Saturday. A festive market with delightful Christmas goods will open its doors at 1 pm and run until 6 pm.
The perfect place to find those unique Christmas gifts, we’re sure you’ll love everything the market has to offer. From local produce and magical gift ideas, to mulled wine, mince pies, and even your favorite island brands, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be there.
“Santa himself will be stopping by between 4 pm and 5:30 pm…”
If Christmas shopping isn’t your whole family’s idea of fun, maybe stopping by Santa’s grotto is. Santa himself will be stopping by between 4 pm and 5:30 pm, giving all those kids (and big kids) a festive treat.
“Traditional hearty Christmas Eve Dinner…”
Once you and your family are tired out from all that shopping, fun, and meeting Santa, it’ll be time to tuck into a traditional hearty Christmas Eve Dinner in our festive Karma Beach Restaurant. Prepare your taste buds for their very own Christmas miracle as our gourmet chefs prepare a feast. Prices start from 2020B per person with a special kids menu at 800B.
“We Tour Together program is re-launching…”
If you’re a Thai guest looking to take a short island break, the We Tour Together program is re-launching which aims to pay a huge 40% towards holiday expenses, such as hotel, flights, and food. Karma Resort is taking We Tour Together bookings until end-January 2022. In order to qualify for this promotion, you need to be a Thai national over the age of 18.

Thailand is now in its 3rd stage of it’s lockdown roadmap, which means one thing, less quarantine. From October 1st until December 31st, we’ll remain in stage 3, which means five destinations across Thailand will open up and welcome vaccinated tourists.
“Quarantine in an area for a short 7-days…”
These destinations are part of the seven-day sandbox program, which creates quarantine areas, allowing tourists to quarantine in an area for a short 7-days. Which in our case is the whole of Samui.
There are only a handful of hotels which meet the high hygiene standards the government wants to see, and Karma Resort is one of them. Let your mind relax and your worries disappear when you stay with us at Karma Resort.
From 1st January 2022, we suspect we’ll see Stage 4 kicked off. By which time vaccinated tourists will be able to enter the country and move around freely without the need to quarantine. However, please remember these dates can change at the drop of a hat.
